We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Contribute to inventory counts and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
