1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership, provide input on process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
