Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently to meet the needs of our stores. From receiving incoming stock to preparing shipments, your contribution will ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
- Interprets company policies and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and basic mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Physical dexterity to move and handle merchandise in various warehouse conditions.
