1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and promptly.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with teams, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
