1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring timely order fulfillment and a well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Interact with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
