Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a crucial member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock to fulfill orders. Your role will involve handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with your peers and warehouse leadership. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse duties and operating powered industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
