1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading, and cleaning merchandise in the warehouse. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain quality standards and safety requirements. Additionally, you will provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Works in varying temperatures, hot/cold environments, and safely handles product for deliveries.
