Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
