1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in meeting budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
