Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the safe shipment of products to our stores.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
