1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

ALDI is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations team. Our dedicated employees work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas to ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. As a Part-Time employee, you will play a crucial role within our warehouse with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborative work.
• Adapts positively to pressure, challenges, and change.
• Delivers excellent performance and maintains efficiency standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures.
• Safely operating powered industrial equipment.
