Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient selection, relocation, and distribution of products to our stores. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drives for success and executes tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and operating equipment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
