1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, reorganizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
