Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour for an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading/unloading, inventory management, and warehouse maintenance. Your ability to collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, follow procedures, and ensure warehouse efficiency will be essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
