Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of $24.75 per hour with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
