Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure the smooth operation of our distribution processes. This role involves physical work in a fast-paced environment and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
