Job Description

- Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
- Cleans warehouse, participates in inventory counts.
- Cooperates with peers and warehouse leadership, provides input for process improvement.
- Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operates equipment safely and notifies management of issues.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Acts conscientiously, collaborates with team, demonstrates positive attitude and resilience, drives for success, organizes and executes with efficiency.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Frequent movement, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
