2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join their team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
