2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
