2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move and prepare merchandise for delivery.
• Perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
