2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently performing various warehouse duties to fulfill orders received from stores, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
