Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Clean warehouse to maintain appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and notify management of issues.
- Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement for employment: 18 years old.

Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.

- Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
