2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, provide input to improve processes, and assist in achieving budgeted goals. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and notify management of any quality or safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
