Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $23.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies including conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely and properly.
