2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. If you are detail-oriented, can work both independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
