Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Assist in taking inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement and product quality.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Competencies in quality, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
