Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and relocate merchandise following proper guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
