2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to achieve warehouse goals. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and physical conditions.
