Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment by sorting, organizing, and loading strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and performance.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
