Job Description

Bishop Gadsden is seeking a part-time Sales Coordinator for Eliza's Attic Thrift Boutique. The Sales Coordinator will assist the Manager in overseeing the operations of Eliza's Attic, including managing sales, store organization, social media updates, and customer interactions. This role requires computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, customer service aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of Eliza's Attic under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, sales reconciliation, and store maintenance.
  • Contribute to pricing, product display, and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Support donation pickups, maintain safe practices, and uphold professional standards.
  • Engage with customers, staff, and residents to provide exceptional service and promote a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software; willingness to learn new programs.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
