Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent

Job Description

As an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent at E V Bishoff Company, you will directly report to the Owner and be responsible for showcasing available office spaces, creating lease proposals, securing new tenants, and managing existing tenant needs. This role requires excellent tenant communication, thorough knowledge of available space, and expertise in floor planning. The position offers a salaried compensation package of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 with additional bonuses of $10,000 - $15,000 based on individual goal achievements.

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work involved.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on leads from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and finalize leases.
• Engage in business development activities through our corporate neighbors' program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and possess effective time management skills.
