Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Executive specializing in Construction Sales and Staffing to join our team at RAMS Skilled Trades. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for growing our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and spearheading recruitment efforts for skilled tradesmen.
Compensation Highlights
- Base salary paid weekly (DOE).
- Monthly commission based on transparent P&L.
- Monthly car allowance and company-provided cell phone.

Essential Functions
- Drive New Business Sales by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Foster Existing Client Growth through relationship sales and market awareness.
- Lead Recruitment initiatives to attract top talent utilizing innovative sourcing methods.
- Conduct thorough Interviews and ensure seamless Placement/Assignment.
- Prioritize Safety protocols and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to clients and employees, resolving issues promptly.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrable success in construction or B2B sales.
- Proven track record in pipeline development and cold calling.
- Background in staffing industry is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong recruiting and influencing capabilities.
- Flexible, goal-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Ownership mindset with sound decision-making skills.
