Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gothenburg Health. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Gothenburg, NE location. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level clerical support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, maintaining office organization.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain department records accurately.
  • Handle confidential information and take minutes of meetings.
  • Screen phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the CEO's calendar.
  • Manage facility contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance.
  • Support marketing and special events, exhibit knowledge of social media.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuous education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
