Job Description

We are looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join Civista Wealth Management at Civista Bank. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Management Team, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Consultants in relationship building with Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist clients of Civista Wealth Management to foster ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct monthly audits of accounts to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Commit to personal development to stay updated on compliance initiatives.
  • Perform other duties assigned to support key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields preferred.
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to focus on computer screens and reports.
  • Concentration in sometimes distracting work environments.
  • Professional communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Occasional travel for meetings and training.
