Agronomy Plant Operator/Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for an Agronomy Plant Operator/Controller to oversee the shipping, receiving, inventory control, and compliance of agronomy products at Mid Kansas Cooperative. The ideal candidate will maintain facility equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively to meet the cooperative's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics and inventory of agronomy products.
• Operate equipment for handling fertilizer and crop protection products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory records and supervise daily activities.
• Provide agronomic recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Commercial Driver's License with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job.

Working Conditions

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Educational Background

Basic understanding of Crop Protection and Nutrient products.
