Job Description
We are looking for a talented Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working independently, and excel at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal performance and extend appliance lifespan.
- Interact with customers professionally, address their concerns, offer advice on appliance care, and provide accurate information regarding repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records, manage inventory of spare parts, and ensure safety compliance during service calls.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
