Appliance Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs and maintenance to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, be able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services.
• Interact with customers professionally and offer guidance on appliance care.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in appliance repair preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
