Job Description
Discover is seeking an Application Engineer to join a culture of diversity, teamwork, and collaboration. As part of the team, you will work with product designers and user experience experts to enhance the discover.com experience for millions of customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and deploy new features with high quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Lead technology communities and manage risk effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
- Technical proficiency on the Dreyfus engineering scale (internal applicants).
Bonus Points
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, UI Technology.
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, Selenium/Cucumber for test automation.
- Cloud and containerization expertise.
- Strong team player skills.

Compensation
Salary: $86,500.00 - $146,100.00 based on experience and skills.
