Job Description

As an Application Engineer, you will demonstrate leadership in technology, mentor peers, and play a key role in technical thought leadership within the team.
Responsibilities
- Create solutions for high-impact technology and business priorities.
- Demonstrate leadership integrated with the Discover ecosystem.
- Mitigate issues based on experience across multiple domains.
- Coach and mentor the team to build strong relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile software development methodology and tools.
- Knowledge of ETL data integration solutions and relational databases.
- Skills in AbInitio, SQL, Unix Scripting, and more.
- Technical proficiency evaluation may be required for external applicants.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $86,500.00 to $146,100.00 with additional incentives.
