Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to join Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the dining room, café staff, and various service areas, ensuring exceptional mealtime experiences and kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop restaurant and café staff.
• Ensure high food quality, plate presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain organization and sanitation in dining areas and kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of dining room management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality.
• Ability to oversee multiple dining areas and staff.
• Physical capability to handle moderate lifting and movements.
• Relevant food service license as per regulations.
• Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.
