As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza - 9460, you will assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and assignments for the team, taking ownership of day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will also assist in developing more managers by setting an example and mentoring your team, as well as actively encouraging and recruiting great new team members.
Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining professional appearance, promoting 100% Domino's image standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring effective service recovery, maintaining attendance and punctuality, ensuring store cleanliness, and implementing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train others in those tasks.
- Operational knowledge and ability to operate all equipment.
- Ability to stock ingredients, prepare product at an advanced pace, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to process orders and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with the ability to handle monetary transactions and make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination and computing skills to rapidly and accurately handle precise movements and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
