Associate Director, HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This is a remote position where you will play a critical role in leading and implementing HR programs for the US Commercial function. Working closely with the global HR team, you will provide expert guidance on people strategies, talent development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for the US Commercial function, resolving complex employee relations situations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and HR Operations to support functional priorities and initiatives.
• Lead talent outcomes through recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and engagement strategies.
• Manage and lead core people processes and global projects assigned by the Global Head of HR Delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience with leadership accountability.
• Strong expertise in US Employment Law and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior managers with effective coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.
• Bachelor's degree in business or HR related discipline, HR certification preferred.
