Associate Director of Graduate Admission

Job Description

Suffolk University is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Admission to join the admissions team. This position involves recruiting and admitting graduate students in the College of Arts & Sciences and the Sawyer Business School. The role includes guiding prospective students through enrollment steps, evaluating applications, and participating in various recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the University at recruiting events and conduct interviews with students.
• Manage the admission process for a caseload of students and oversee data integrity.
• Mentor and manage the recruiting team members.
• Maximize relationships with partners supporting the recruitment of graduate students.
• Assist with office budget management and develop recruitment strategies.
• Serve on university committees and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant admission and recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Strong time management and creativity.
• Proficiency with admission CRM systems and ability to travel as needed.
