Associate Director, Real World Data

Job Description

T1D Exchange Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to improving care for individuals with type 1 diabetes, is seeking an Associate Director, Real World Data. In this role, you will lead the Real-World Data team, designing and implementing statistical analyses for various research projects. Join our innovative team using big data and predictive analytics to advance diabetes care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare study documents, reports, and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Ensure quality analytics deliverables from the Real-World Data team.
• Supervise and train RWD team members.
• Develop statistical analysis plans for research studies using industry standard tools.
• Represent the company in collaborations with industry partners and more.

Qualifications

• PhD in relevant fields with 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in statistical programs like R or Python, SQL, and more.
• Experience in predictive modeling, data mining, and clinical data analysis.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
