Associate Field Application Engineer - College Grad Program (Boston)

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Field Application Engineer to join our team as part of the College Grad Program, based in Boston. In this role, you will provide technical support, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with both US and Japanese Engineering teams. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be a key technical resource for our Sales team and customers, contributing to expanding our presence with key accounts and supporting sales activities. The position involves excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and the capacity to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to Sales team and customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding application support, performance specifications, and new product development.
• Support Sales team in technical aspects within key customer accounts.
• Analyze customer technology trends and competitor products.
• Support Technology and Product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with cable and harness manufacturers.
• Assist in sales promotion activities.

Requirements

• BSEE or BSME required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mentality.
• Cross-cultural work experience and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Engineering aptitude and willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work at our office in Andover, MA.
