Job Description
Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Callahan, FL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and intervention to children aged 2-18. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and program oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Deliver individual and small group instruction to children in clinical and community settings.
- Collaborate with families and therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred.
- Pass required background checks.
