Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Lead team development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Drive consumer and business relationships to expand branch and market share.
  • Strengthen the Civista brand through financial expertise, networking, and community involvement.
  • Manage branch operations, facility oversight, and daily banking activities.
  • Promote technological solutions for a seamless customer banking experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or branch banking environments.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellence.
  • Strong community partnerships and networking skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to concentrate, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions.

Physical Requirements

  • Eye strain due to computer screen use.
  • Ability to lift and move files up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel flexibility for meetings and training sessions.
