Job Description
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Building Based Educators to join Match Education at our various campuses in Boston. As a Building Based Educator (BBE), you will substitute in classes, support students, and contribute to the vibrant community at Match Charter Public School. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in an educational setting and can serve as a stepping stone towards further career growth within our school.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom instruction or support across different grade levels and subjects as needed.
- Assist with school programs and student supervision during non-instructional periods.
- Uphold high academic and behavioral standards for students, offering necessary support to help them excel.
- Engage in coaching and professional development initiatives provided by Match.
- Be an active and collaborative member of the school community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in education or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Locations
We have openings at our elementary, middle, and high school campuses located in Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, and Brighton, respectively.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $24.99/hour, with potential for higher rates based on relevant experience.
