Job Description
We are currently seeking Bus Operators to join our team at Transdev. As a Bus Operator, you will play a crucial role in providing reliable and safe transportation services within a gated senior community. Operating at comfortable speeds and focusing on customer satisfaction, this position offers a stress-free environment for individuals who enjoy serving others and driving.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport senior residents within a gated community in a courteous and responsible manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including using necessary protective equipment provided.
- Perform pre/post trip inspections of vehicles and assist passengers with special mobility needs.
- Ensure on-time performance and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
Requirements
- CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement.
- Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work assigned shift hours and days.
