Job Description
Sirmax North America Inc is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead the sales and business development plans for the South East Territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales volumes and profitability while developing multi-level relationships with customers, OEM, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers and develop relationships within the assigned customer(s), OEM, and other stakeholders.
- Draw up sales forecasts and identify deviations to implement necessary corrections and changes to programs.
- Research and develop new customers in the expertise area.
- Collaborate with Accounting to apply company policy on credit management.
- Proactively understand and analyze customer product and service needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in plastics.
- Positive, customer-focused outlook and strong learning orientation.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer and phone usage.
- Traveling required.
